Taxes and Gratuities:
Please add 5% GST to all services. Gratuities are at the discretion of the patron.
Cancellation Policy:
To reserve your time you will be asked to provide a Visa or Mastercard number for services over $50.00.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice so that someone else may visit.
Twenty-Four (24) hours notice is required to cancel an appointment scheduled on a weekday.
Forty-Eight (48) hours notice is required to cancel an appointment scheduled on a Saturday.
If less than the above notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to the provided credit-card. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service. However, you will be charged the full fee.
