Taxes and Gratuities:
Please add 6% GST to all services. Gratuities are at the discretion of the patron.
Cancellation Policy:
To reserve your time you will be asked to provide a Visa or Master Card number for services over $50.00. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice so that someone else may visit.
Twenty-Four (24) hours notice is required to cancel an appointment scheduled on a weekday.
Forty-Eight (48) hours notice is required to cancel an appointment scheduled on a Saturday.
If less than the above notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service. However, you will be charged the full fee.
